2012 Pro Photos
I've been meaning to post these for almost a month (since the time our Christmas cards went out). In October, we had a photo session with Bend the Light Photography (who also took our 2011 family photos). We met Jenn in Brackenridge Park. The kids were really into having their picture taken for about the first 15 minutes (it was a little hit & miss after that) - plenty of time to get some good photos!

Year End Wrap Up - September Randoms
Being goofy before bedtime

Playing outside the library and enjoying the cooler weather

Occasionally one of us will take the kids to Krispy Kreme for breakfast on the weekend and let the other one sleep in. Pajamas and doughnuts (and Starbucks for Mommy)!

Watching them make the doughnuts

Visiting with my cousin and her baby, Miles

Last days of summer at the Zoo Riverbank

All of these comfortable places to sit, and he chooses the Duplo box

After months of waiting, a Whole Foods opened near our house. The best part? Double seated race car carts for the kids - Claire & Will love them!

When we start to leave the house, I open the van doors, and the kids (are supposed to) crawl into their seats while I set the alarm and lock the door. Usually they hop right in, but this time, Will thought he would pick a different seat. "Mommy, I'm driving!"

Will almost always wants a little snuggle time on the couch after he wakes up from his nap. Love it!

Part of my Disney indoctrination - watching The Jungle Book. They didn't want to come inside when we got home.

Year End Wrap Up - My Birthday
Year End Wrap Up - Labor Day Weekend
We started out the weekend with lunch in Boerne, and we caught the end of the Labor Day Weekend parade as we were leaving the restaurant. Claire waved and yelled "Hi" at every person that walked past - and there were a lot of them. :)
On Monday we went to the Botanical Gardens to see the dinosaur exhibit - life size dinosaur sculptures throughout the gardens. The gardens are always beautiful, and it was fun to spot all of the different dinos hiding among the plants.

Year End Wrap Up - August Randoms
Cousins - after a meal at the Grist Mill with Grandmommy, Aunt Carol, and Grace

I was invited to a lovely tea party.

One Saturday I had to go to a volunteer training session for our children's ministry at church, so Robert took the kids to the river for a boat ride.

Playing hide & seek at Nana & Granddaddy's

Claire really wanted to hold Will - they are almost the same size, so it didn't work out too well.

Claire fixing Will's hair

Zoo Train!

Will and I took a Mommy & Me class at Little Gym - we both really enjoyed it

Asleep during lunch at Shady Grove

Bye bye, hair!

Will's very own Lego creation

We went to The Jumpy Place one morning - all of these toys, and this is what he chose to play with.

I tried several times to get a photo of Claire on the slides, but she was just a blur.
